Charts and Data
Regarding charts and/or data, including, data calculated according to technical analysis formula or results generated by back testing (collectively, the “Data Assets”):


We do not allow our Data Assets to be embedded in other websites. This may be a restriction placed upon us by the various stock exchanges. For websites, that means you cannot use IMG tags to link to any Data Assets on our site.


That said, we do allow Data Assets from our website to be snapshotted/copied into any form of electronic media (website, blog, etc.) for free, as long as the following restrictions are followed:

  1. The Data Assets must be copied manually. You cannot use a script or program to copy the charts.

  2. Our copyright notice, which appears on every chart, must be visible and unmodified.

  3.  “Chart courtesy of LazyWealthy.com” must be placed somewhere near the chart reproduction. If the chart is on a website, we request that the “LazyWealthy.com” portion of this notice be linked to our website at (https://lazywealthy.com).

  4. Contact us if you plan on regularly copying more than 50 Data Assets per day.

 

Articles
Please note that we do not allow our blog articles to be republished in their entirety in any format. Short excerpts may be used as long as proper attribution is given. Please contact our support team at support@lazywealthy.com if you want to use passages longer than one paragraph.

Any chart from our website can be freely republished in any kind of print media, with the following restrictions:

  1. Our copyright notice, which appears on every chart, must be visible and unmodified.

Links to materials on our website can be freely republished without restriction.
